Pairs in scenes and production stills that cannot be easily identified as known pairs. They may be known pairs but the angles of the images available prevent easy identification.

There is at least one pair of slippers unaccounted for from filming, possibly two. Based on transcripts from interviews with former MGM staff members provided by Aljean Harmetz, the unaccounted for pair(s) are most likely size 6 and were created for "stunt" work. This most likely meant to be worn by Bobbie Koshay during all of her scenes, as well as worn by Judy Garland during extended dance scenes.
